The main character of this movie is being played by Nasrin Akter Nipun. She is one of the finest actress in Bangladesh. Nipun is also brave enough to act in some of the rape scenes in this movie. She did it well and expressed the exact situation of the women at that time.
Ekattorer Ma Jononi is being made according to the story taken from the novel “Jononi Sahoshini 1971″ by famous writer Anisul Haque. Meanwhile, the shooting of this movie is finished, which was started from 16th July, 2014. The movie is being thought to be released on 16th December, 2014 [Victory Day of Bangladesh].
Nipun says about the movie, “I have acted in this great film. There will be 3 part of my character: Before the Liberation War, During the Liberation War and 55 years after the Liberation War. I have tried my best to express the actual conditions and courage of the women in 1971.”
Shah Alam Kiran says about his movie, “It was a big canvas movie. So, I was a bit nervous about it at first. But, gradually I have completed it. I was directly involved in the Liberation War. So, it became easier for me. Some of my experiences came to the movie. All the works of this movie like shooting, dubbing, editing has been completed. It will be posted to the sensor board in the first week of December, 2014. We hope, the movie will be released in 16th December, 2014.
