*You will be satisfied with less food if you eat slowly & chew each bite carefully.
*Eat fresh fruits instead of canned fruit juice.
*Do not purchase junk food for home.
*Start every meal with a large glass of water.
*End every meal with a glass of water as well.
*Maintain a food journal.
*If you don’t like wasting food rather than eating children’s leftover make them bird feeder.
