The most traditional yet the most effective weight lose formulae is, your calorie intake should always be lower than the calorie you burn. That means if you lose more calories than you intake, as per calculation your total calorie will remain in balance & you would never get the scope to be overweight. The problem arises when the scenario is opposite! Your intake is higher & burn out is lower, in this case every time some extra calories are left in your body & your body will start storing these excess calories & convert them into body fat.
When you plan to cut off extra weight just do not rush for all possible ways at the very initial stage. Give time to your body & mind to get used to, to accept the changes & only then you will lose weight in a mentally & physically healthy way. Slowly & slowly you can bring more strictness & regulations on your life style otherwise within a few days you would be mentally depressed & bored.

BREAK YOUR MEALS INTO SMALL PARTS:
Rather than eating your whole breakfast or Lunch at a time it’s helpful if you consume that same amount into smaller proportions. A South African study discovered that when a person takes his breakfast into several small portions he takes 30% fewer calories at lunch compared to people who takes their breakfast at once. Another important study found when you take the same amount of calorie but broken into smaller amount body releases less insulin, which helps to keep blood sugar steady resulting in reduced hunger feeling.
KEEP HIGH CALORIE FOODS TO FILL YOUR MIND NOT STOMACH:
Do not pour a little fruits on a big bowl of ice cream of a lot of butter, cheese or mayonnaise on a small amount of vegetable salad. Rather take a big bowl of fruits & a small amount of ice cream on the top or a big bowl of vegetable salad & a tiny amount of cheese, mayonnaise or butter over it. We are not saying to totally stop rich food as that might pressurize your mind but keep them in your meal but not to fill your stomach but only your heart.
EAT IN A FIXED PLACE:
It would be helpful if you choose only one place to have your food rather than making the whole house into an eating zone. Either its snack or main meals habituate yourself to eat on a fixed place of the house. While eating when watching television, playing video games, reading a book or talking over phone might lose your control over food consumption.
RAW FOOD AT EVERY MEAL:
On every meal menu keep raw foods like, cucumber, tomato, orange, apple etc. They are extremely healthy to replace any higher calorie rich food.
CHANGE THE SERVING STYLE:
Rather than serving foods on bowl, platters etc you can serve just the way restaurants does, serving foods on plates for each individual without any extra foods served on the table to take more.
SALAD OR SOUP AT EACH MEAL: In a research it was found that eating water based foods such as green salads or clear soup during the meals can reduce overall calorie consumption.
