Exercise plays a crucial role for healthy lifestyle. Over time it highly contributes in weight loss & for maintaining weight & avoids weight regain exercise is a must. For weight lose you must carry those exercises which are from moderate to vigorous (heartbeat is raised & breathing becomes harder) as they best burn your calorie resulting in weight lose or weight maintaining as you want. In a gym you can start with slow warm ups which will prepare your body & then can follow up by cross trainers, trade mills, machine cycling, weight lifting and so on. You can also take advices from the instructors to know which exercises would be best suited for you, how long to continue each one, with which machines to start with or how & when you can increase the timings of each exercise.
If you do not get time to go to gym you can even run or brisk walk (very actively walking) or take the stair instead of lift which will give the same kind of benefits gyms give. Free hand exercises are also very helpful to lose weight.
At the beginning it can be tough & so you can start with short steps & slowly increase accordingly. Once your weight will start to reduce & you feel better & lighter automatically your motivation will rise higher. It’s not only about beauty or style moreover it’s also about healthy living & long living.
